Revenue at a glance
The revenue picture
USDARR measures annualized recurring fees. Pipeline TCV includes implementation and is a separate sales measure. These amounts should not be added together.
Data confidence

Deal ledger
Calculated from source fees and commitment months, independently of Apollo’s ARR and TCV fields.

Import mapping Match Apollo columns to revenue inputs
Import the full pipeline each time. Each import replaces the previous snapshot; it does not append deals. CSV headers are matched automatically and can be corrected here.

How the numbers work Definitions & operating rules
TCV = implementation + monthly fee × months
Signed bookings include fully signed / closed-won deals with a valid signature date on or before today. Open opportunities stay in pipeline. Historical bookings remain in contracted totals even after service ends or is cancelled; cancellations and amendments must be reconciled separately.
ARR = monthly fee × 12
Active MRR sums monthly fees on signed deals marked Active whose recurring dates include today. Active ARR is that amount × 12. End dates are inclusive. Missing recurring dates exclude a deal from active totals. Contracted ARR includes ended and cancelled signed deals and is not the current run rate.
60 days from signature
Monthly billing begins 60 calendar days after signature. We flag a different entered date for review, while respecting your entered dates. Maintain recurring status manually and enter the recurring term end date from the agreement.
Live sales data, separate from accounting
Live mode reads Apollo when you open this dashboard and every five minutes while it is visible. Refresh now reads immediately. CSV and example modes pause automatic refresh. Failed reads retain the last successful snapshot and show a stale warning. Only USD is totaled. Missing monetary inputs are omitted from affected totals and flagged. Duplicate deal IDs are excluded after their first occurrence. Keep renewal periods from overlapping to avoid double counting. These are bookings and recurring run-rate measures, not cash collected or recognized revenue.
